Project 12

My inspiration to create the music for my animation was jazz. I love the jazz type of music, and I used it to express the duck's aspiration of dreaming to swim in real water and then finally achieving it, yet the music turns sad as the duck dies unaware of how real water affected him. I was inspired by a sad type of music with emotional piano music as well as string music. Both of these instruments tend to convey a sense of sad emotion, so I thought that it was appropriate for the end of the video.

Project 11

My inspiration for this video was a little duck my grandma gave me. I wanted to create a story using it. Even though the story is sad at the end, the duck acquired his dream of experiencing real water verses a cartoon pond. I was inspired to create this story because I wanted to mix reality with the animated.... I liked how it turned out.

Project 10

My inspiration for this video were some photos from some of my most fond memories. The middle picture was taken when I was in the 6th grade, which was one of my favorite years. The last photo that was taken was this past summer at a strawberry farm. This project was fun to do and interesting to see the transformation of myself over the years. I was also inspired by images that had a similar angle so that the shift between one another would be smooth.
